Tried this place because of the rave reviews. My sandwich was nuked in the microwave too long. The bread/bun was wrinkled and tough. Won't go back.

Quite certain we would have driven past this small jewel had we not read reviews and been looking for it. We have paid double their prices and had no finer meals than those we enjoyed here. Perhaps chianti would have made it a bit better but we found that opting for the smaller portions still were generous enough to satisfy our appetites. Unique and delicious tiramisu torte. Very friendly staff. Interesting restaurant history. Take the time to stop here - you won't be disappointed.

We stopped at Nana & Nano's again on our annual spring break pilgrimage from Texas. The food was great, as always, and we loaded up on red sauce, meatballs, salad dressing and other items for our trip home. Fran (grandma) and Kim (mom) who run the restaurant are two of the nicest folks you'll ever meet. We can't wait for our next trip through Trinidad!

A little pricey.. but authentic and yummy food. Carry is usually neatly packed to go and I've not had any complaints with the service here.

This deli has a lot of the items you may not see in a bigger city deli. It is full of locally produced meats and cheeses that you would find in specialty stores. I purchased some of the spicy peperoni and mixed olives. Sandwiches are good too. Unfortunately, the fresh goat cheese was not in season, but they have quite the selection.

A bit pricy, however, this is a small operation and they different economies of scale than the big players.

When in town, I will always buy my deli products here.
