On our way from Roswell back to Denver with 12 Corvettes and 24 hungry tummies... Great little place, not far off the highway. A nice way to see an older section of town and skip the fast food restaurants. We read some reviews and
Decided to try it out so we called ahead and they had tables ready for us upon our arrival.. The sandwiches and salads were great. ( cold drink with free refills) The homemade cinnamon rolls were to die for! The service was very fast and pleasant. Very clean. We will certainly go back whenever going through Trinidad

We were just driving through Trinidad on a trip to Santa Fe and we were very excited to find a nice cafe downtown versus a fast food stop. The town is charming and the restaurant has great food in addition to a cool atmosphere. The cafe has plenty of healthy choices and they are delicious. There is a little something for everyone, including the kids.

The sandwiches and salads were amazing. I had the Ava Maria --the best turkey sandwich I have ever had. My husband raved about the dressing on his salad. We were there on a nice day and enjoyed sitting outside on Main Street. When you are on the road it is easy to fall into the habit of a quick stop at a fast food place--but places like The Cafe make a trip a really enjoyable journey. Really worth the stop.

GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD. Every other place there is horrible. The other places to eat there have bad service that is slow(including the McDonald's) and the people are just rude. The pizza place is good as well.
