This is an organized boutique style hotel with management who clearly know how to run a hotel. The staff are well trained and attentive. The rooms are well appointed with a mini bar, safe, plenty of towels for use for both shower and beach. Good AC, tea n coffee making facilities, free water, complementary toiletries. Room rates, mini bar and the in house show bar are very reasonable. The nightly evening show starts at 10pm and is performed and rehearsed well by the performers. The staff are efficient and upon check in I was given an extensive tour and explanation of room and facilities. They clearly show they want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. The location is safe and secure, walking distance to beach, plenty of bars n restaurants within stones throw. I am a regular visitor to the area and this is my first stay at The Venue, I am angry as I have stayed at so many overpriced unfriendly alternative hotels and only just found The Venue as what will now become my preferred hotel, I shall be returning for sure. I normally stay at Le Cafe Royal in Boyz Town but would suggest that this area has now become too commercialized and you will constantly be harassed for tips and sexual services. Staff in this area are rude and have attitude problems.
