Stayed a couple of days to extend our trip. Warm and inviting lobby with great wi-fi and hot drinks always on tap. The service was always spot on prior to our arrival.
Couple of issues with our stay:
We had a pullout couch that was not changed from the previous occupants. Resolved quickly but housekeeping was subpar for a hotel of this caliber.
The 2 outdoor hot tubs are old, dated, dirty and in need of replacement.
The Nook restaurant is very good for breakfast. Did not eat other meals here but they were offered. Fast and custom orders handled with ease. The shuttle service was always excellent and made getting anywhere in Telluride a snap. Skis always out and ready for you by the front door. Parking is very limited around this location. We just paid the $20 a day for the underground parking.
Overall, excellent hotel that I would recommend and return to.
