Older place, built in the early 70's. Average size rooms. We went July 2012 and it was 90 degrees in Steamboat. NO AIR CONDITIONING IN ANY OF THE UNITS!! They just gave everyone small ocscillating fans.
We requested to be moved and ResortQuest was very accommodating to move us to another property down the road, Trappeurs Lodge. Trappeurs Lodge was updated with modern ammenities in each room, ceiling fans, great A/C, and spacious room (Rm 1403). More pools and hot tubs than other properties.
Snow Flower had the advantage of being 1/2 mile closer to the lifts and gondola.
I think Snowflower is good for the Winter but not really for the Summer.
