Actually, Riggio's was our third choice for the evening, but since it was Saturday night, it was the only place that we could make reservations for nine. We were so glad that the others could not handle our large group!! I can't imagine better food and service than we received at Riggio's!!! Everyone of us was extremely pleased with our meals and drinks! Because we chose a wide variety of food and drink, I can truthfully say that you won't be disappointed if you eat at Riggio's.

Every year we spend a week skiing in Stamboat. And every year we make two reservations before we go..one for our first night and one for our last night. both at Riggios.

We are from New York City and expect fine Italian fare. Riggios never disappoints. The mussels in a garlic cream sauce are divine. The melanzana was excellent as was the chicken piccata. We have never had a disappointing meal. The service was also excellence., the wait staff is very attentive Our water glasses were always topped off without asking.
I hope this review doesn't make it more difficult to get a reservation, but they deserve the raves

I have been to countless Italian restaurants in the US and Europe, and this is among the better ones. Excellent and varied selection (like buffalo lasagna). Attentive wait staff. Very nice facility with nice atmosphere. It's a keeper, though the bar prices were quite excessive- stick to non-alcoholic drinks and get your liquor down the street in a pub after dinner.

I had spaghetti and meatballs, my husband had the claims. The clams were chewy, and the spaghetti was ok. The service was fantastic. My toddler had the chicken parmasean fingers, those were tasty.

This was the best old style traditional Italian restaurant we have ever experienced in the US. They only had one item with marinara sauce but we love traditional olive oil sauces and they were like being in Rome, Italy. The kids loved the pizza selections.
