Great staff, amazing dogs that love what they do. The Alaskan Huskies are very friendly and social and love human attention. Hot beverages and snacks in the shack afterwards. The owners are very dedicated to these animals, and are well taken care of. Scenic 12 mile trail.

What an experience! You get picked up and returned to the door of where you are staying, totally immersed in the excitement as the dogs welcome you and the guides educate you on the specifics and history of dog sledding. Chris and Sara quite obviously love not just what they do, but the animals that pull the sleds. The guides take excellent care of the guests and dogs. Beautiful scenery. Dont miss the opportunity to drive your own team. Share the experience by being in the sled part of the tour and driving the other part. You will not be disappointed.

This is a thrilling experience! The people who run this are super friendly and professional. Their staff is exceptional as well. The dogs are well taken care of and they make sure that you are well taken care of too. Take advantage of all of their extra gear, i.e. warm boots, gloves, hats, etc. You will be glad they recommend them and provide them (free) for your use. This was the highlight of my trip to Steamboat and I'm not a young spring chicken. Anyone can do this and should!

The day we visited was particularly cold, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure my kids (9 & 6) and I were as warm as possible. Learning to drive the sled was incredibly easy, the dogs do most of the work. The cookies and hot chocolate were appreciated at the end of the ride. My daughter loved giving the dogs some treats before we were dropped right back to the front door of our condo. Pricey but worth it for a great experience.

Party of 7 had a great time. Scenery was great, but what really impressed me were the owners and the guides. It is refreshing in the world we live today to find passionate people. Sara was great and offered extra clothing and John was a super guide. He loves his dogs :-)
