We ate at the Truffle Pig twice on our trip to Steamboat Springs this Summer. Once for dinner and once for happy hour. The food was excellent as was the service. They have a nice beer selection and an extensive full bar. The roasted red pepper white bean hummus was a very nice appetizer, as were the risotto balls. The double cut pork chop was good, but I'll branch out next time. The Meyer Lemon and English Pea Risotto was amazing and definitely worth getting.

They have nice outdoor seating with a fire trough. Truffle Pig is a great spot in the area and one worth visiting.

My husband and I hosted a Meet and Greet evening the night before our son's wedding in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. We could not get over the food that Scott and his staff prepared and served. We chose many different appetizers from the menu and were greatly pleased with everything. We are still hearing from friends and family about the tasty food, the great service and the atmosphere. I would strongly suggest that you visit this restaurant for an evening to remember!
