Great location with a fire pit overlooking the slopes by the kids ski school. Would recommend for après ski drinks. They do a reasonable happy hour but food was not good. Such a shame as up until this point we have been really impressed with steamboat food. Thought this place would have been better as linked to One Steamboat Place. Such a shame as front staff are very friendly, very hard working and apologetic about the food. Even found out it has a bad reputation amongst the locals : (

Fall in love with the whimsical truffling pig. The atmosphere, inside and outside, is great. Outdoor apres ski views are sweet. The food is very high quality and interesting combinations of flavors. The wine selections are nice and the service is great.

We "dropped in" to check this restaurant out and ended up staying - very glad we did. Food was fabulous - truly ...... Different and delicious. The service was very attentive ( thanks Arthur) but not stuffy - our 9 yr old had the best ribs of his trip and we had real "foodie" recipes in a relaxed atmosphere at a great price - well worth a visit!! One of the best meals of our 10 day stay

I had been here last year at dinner time and it was impossible to get a table, nonetheless my friend and I had a great meal at the bar. This year we discovered it is virtually empty at lunchtime, and no more expensive than other places at the base of the mountain. But definitely worth it. Fresh, fabulously prepared. My party had a variety of things: beet salad, soup of the day, grilled cheese and tomato bisque, pork ribs, hamburger. All excellent

This was a very special place! The atmosphere is excellent for everyone here! The menu offers casual to fancy dining. The hardest part is deciding what to order! The food is delicious! We were able to walk from our hotel, and we enjoyed the whole experience so much that we went back again later in the week. There are outdoor fires, a beautiful view of the slopes, and a full menu at the bar if you do not have reservations. Enjoy!
