We "dropped in" to check this restaurant out and ended up staying - very glad we did. Food was fabulous - truly ...... Different and delicious. The service was very attentive ( thanks Arthur) but not stuffy - our 9 yr old had the best ribs of his trip and we had real "foodie" recipes in a relaxed atmosphere at a great price - well worth a visit!! One of the best meals of our 10 day stay

I had been here last year at dinner time and it was impossible to get a table, nonetheless my friend and I had a great meal at the bar. This year we discovered it is virtually empty at lunchtime, and no more expensive than other places at the base of the mountain. But definitely worth it. Fresh, fabulously prepared. My party had a variety of things: beet salad, soup of the day, grilled cheese and tomato bisque, pork ribs, hamburger. All excellent

This was a very special place! The atmosphere is excellent for everyone here! The menu offers casual to fancy dining. The hardest part is deciding what to order! The food is delicious! We were able to walk from our hotel, and we enjoyed the whole experience so much that we went back again later in the week. There are outdoor fires, a beautiful view of the slopes, and a full menu at the bar if you do not have reservations. Enjoy!

We made reservations for 7:15 and arrived a few minutes early fully expecting to wait a few minutes at the bar. After 25 min of waiting and making a bit of a fuss we were seated at a table that had been open for the entire time we were at the bar. The ambiance is cool and maybe on the noisy side but the food was served quickly and was very good. I'd be willing to give them another shot time I'm in town but maybe they won't be the first choice.
