I had planned to eat at another restaurant, but it was closed. Most of the town closes down in the winter, and it was either Shaft or Blimpies. We made the wrong choice and went to Shaft. We started with wings...tiny, overcooked, inedible wings with no carrots, celery, or any relief in a dipping sauce. We each had "A" wing and a beer and decided to order a pizza. This is a place that capitalizes on the fact that most places are closed most of the year, they prove this as any other restaurant would not survive a season. If I'm in South Fork again and left with this as my only choice...I'll hit the convenience store.
