Description: Bia Hoi - meaning "fresh beer" - is a casual dining concept serving Southeast Asian fare in an upbeat, contemporary industrial setting. Iron and reclaimed wood tables encourage communal dining, while the boisterous ambiance emphasizes the restaurant's "beer hall" theme. Our menu is inspired by Asian cuisine and utilizes products from local Colorado markets, distillers, and brewers. The restaurant is ideal for families and groups serving small plates for sharing such as Hoisin Deviled Eggs, Dandan Noodles, Salt & Pepper Prawns, and Pork Belly Bao, as well as large plates like Seared Scallops, Thai Style Pork, and Beef & Broccoli Prime Hanger Steak. The bar at Bia Hoi features craft cocktails made from fresh juices, house-crafted infusions, tinctures, flavored syrups and fresh sodas, and will provide cocktail condiments table side.

“Went by default but would love to go again.”
Reviewed April 29, 2014

We messed up a reservation at another place and decided to try this place. Very, very happy. Food was excellant. They forgot a dish, but they way they serve it didn't really matter. But when they brought it out they said no charge. (nice touch) Great food and service. Large portions, and food better than average. Atmosphere and music interesting. Great for teenages or kids.
Very enjoyable.

“Excellent food and atmosphere”
Reviewed April 6, 2014 via mobile

We love love love the people, food and atmosphere here! My husband is now a fan of Asian food thanks to Ryan preparing the chili chicken with cashews and that fabulous sauce! We didn't want to leave until we tried the tempura eggplant and some pork egg rolls and wish we had room for more goodies! We will most definitely go back!

“Food okay, large portions, good service, cool atmosphere”

Food was good, but nothing outstanding. Service very good and portions are large. I feel it is good value especially considering the location.

“Great food twice!”
Reviewed March 24, 2014

The pho, pork belly potstickers, and caramel chile chicken was so good the first time went that we had to go back again! On the second visit we tried the pad Thai, a yummy prawn dish, and the Thai beef salad. Dishes are big enough to share, and the carafes of water on the table helped us stay hydrated in the arid high altitude. They were willing to accommodate kid tastes and a gluten-free/soy-free diner, which isn't always easy for an Asian restaurant. Fun music, good drinks (although pricey), and fun music mean we'll be coming back. Prices are reasonable if you share, otherwise they are in the range of what you'd expect in a resort town.
