We went into Slice the night of the torch light parade because it has an awesome view of the mountain, it was early and the crowds were gathering. It took forever to order a drink and we were sitting at the bar! The staff just walked by us including a manager. They were completely in the weeds and it wasn't even busy yet. The staff is so busy doing all jobs that not one job gets done. They start something and halfway through start something else. We had plenty of time to witness what was going on since we weren't being served. If they would simply complete a task before beginning another they could get customers served. The bartender is doing 3 things as once the owners are rushing around so the rest of the staff is doing the same. This is a trickle down management issue, the staff is doing what the management does.
We really hope this gets straightened out because it is a cute place with good pizza and we need good places to hangout in Snowmass Village. Get it together, not only for your sake but for those of us that live there and want to go and spend our time and money at your restaurant.
