First of all I am not obese, a gourmand or a glutton. This morning, though, we had pancakes an other standard breakfast stuff at The Edge. The PANCAKES were perfect. Seriously, fluffy, slightly sweet but tasty, tasty, tasty with great warmed maple syrup. James, the Chef, came by and chatted with us and shared his secret pancake formula. Very open and interesting fellow...Just great stuff!

Oh...we did have dinner a couple of times and ate simply so I can confirm that their burgers are perfect fare!

Quiet atmosphere, nice menu such as lobster ravioli, grilled chicken, apple pudding, asparagus soup etc.

We had a very enjoyable experience at The Edge. The service was terrific and the food was very good and inventive. We had a nice Saturday evening dinner after skiing. I suspect that if we wanted a more low-key meal, we would have enjoyed ourselves just as much. If you are staying in Snowmass, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had dinner at The Edge and was not impressed. The beef tenderloin steak was not very juicy. However, the dessert we shared (peach bread pudding) was quite good. Our server was too eager to please, probably due to inexperience. I would consider going back if there were more vegetarian options on the menu.

A very pleasant surprise. We had an excellent meal here. We began with the calamari appetizer which was great. It was served with shrimp, scallions, kalamata olives, and dressing with a kick. My entree was pork with baked Jewish artichokes and broccoli. It was delicious and the service was terrific as well.
