“Great wine list, casual atmosphere!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 18, 2013

The Artisan is a great local hangout for Snowmass residents and guests. The wine list is great - even better at the end of the season half price bottle of wine nights! The food is consistently good with many local farm and ranch products on the menu. The menu is a bit higher class than some of the restaurants in Snowmass. It is a great place for dinner for a date or birthday. If you are just going for a cocktail after skiing, my favorites besides their red wine list are their expresso martinis or their homemade ginger flavored vodka!

“Disappointing”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 28, 2013

Nice room. Good service (the place was almost empty). But the food was average. My wife's Gnocchi and Artichoke were both burned. Disappointing, since it's supposed to be one of the best in Snowmass.

“A Great Choice!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 26, 2013

We never leave a trip to Snowmass without having a dinner at the Artisan, and we are never disappointed. The service is always friendly, they are kid friendly and happy to accommodate large groups, and the food is very good! The short rib is a favorite, and the gnocchi appetizer and cauliflower steak were both great as well. And on Tuesdays and Thursdays there is a magician in the bar, great for both kids and adults!

“New chef & menu, still tops!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2013 via mobile

Great food, great service and very comfortable. Cocktails by the large fireplace make for a perfect beginning to a relaxing dinner. My seafood pasta dish was superb and my wife's grilled cauliflower steak was innovative and flavorful. Doc's magic show capped off the evening. We will return to this restaurant and most likely stay in the Stonebridge Inn instead of venturing back out into the cold to our hotel.

“Upscale dinner”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 14, 2013

We dined here for dinner. It is a lovely restaurant in the Stonebridge Inn. The ambiance was nice, quiet and relaxing. The service was great, the food tasty with lovely presentation. It's a little pricey but nice for a splurge. With drinks the 2 of us paid about $80.
