Not your luxury hotel but for a $59 per night Priceline Express Deal, it was a great value! Friendly staff, clean room, great view, easy parking, multiple luggage carts available. Towels are okay, the breakfast is adequate in terms of choices: fruit, cereals, bagels, waffles - they even had skim milk! There were only 4 hangers in the room closet for a 2 queen room but the front desk happily gave us more when requested. I prefer a cooler room to sleep at night and found the room too warm despite the fact that I lowered the thermostat to its lowest level. The most irritating noise was the slamming room doors and the stairway doors. Our last night was particularly noisy during the night with doors slamming shut and young adults yelling in the hallway late at night. This is a popular hotel for skiers so there were lots of young adults and consequently has the potential to be noisy.

La Quinta, Silverthorne, has easy access to I-70 and works great for a ski trip. The rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The hotel also had a lovely indoor pool and hot tub which were clean and heated at the right temperature. The free breakfast was great. There were plenty of food choices. I will stay here again!

Stayed for three days while my son recuperated from surgery. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating with all our special requests. You couldn't ask for a better public "face" than the front desk personnel. The hotel was very clean and updated. The breakfast was a bit beyond the usual continental breakfast. I loved the bed with the memory foam pad - my sleep was not disturbed by my husband's tossing and turning! We had a great experience which helped make a traumatic time more bearable.

The location was convenient, and it seemed clean and had a nice 'fridge and microwave. Common areas were inadequate. The breakfast was a s-show and the hottub/pool packed. Service was good, and employees were friendly. Some of the rooms seemed to be being remodeled, which was a little annoying as there were construction noises in our hallway although they seemed to be limited to daylight hours. Overall, not a terrible option, especially considering the price/value proposition, but otherwise not great.

Room Tip: they offered us a free "upgrade" to a king room. That was nice.
