What a fantastic menu and great preparation. They were packed the Saturday morning we chose to dine there, but there was a huge crowd going skiing, so we weren't surprised. 15-20 minute wait to be seated was well worth it. Service was great and the menu variety was really satisfying. I enjoyed the salmon benedict with spinich and a side of biscuit and gravy. While my eggs were poached a bit harder than I personally like, they were still soft and probably cooked to the general public's liking...ask for them softer if you wish, my son did and they were perfect for his dish.
There is Chorizo benedict, and plethora of other breakfast options depending upon your mood and taste. The hostess was great about getting us started with drinks while we waited for our waitress, and even as busy as they were our food came out in a timely fashion.
This is clearly a local place with several long time locals highlighted on photos at the front of the store, parked right next to the colored placemats by kids of all ages. I'd call this a can't miss destination if you're in Summit County.
