Stopped here randomly while driving from Steamboat to Boulder. Glad we did!
The restaurant itself is huge, with a sort of eclectic decor, and Indian techno music was blasting at earsplitting volume. The service seemed rather slow considering we were the only diners, but it turned out that our soup was being made fresh to order. Well worth the wait. Possibly the best Mulligatawny soup I've ever had. Really nice naan bread, too.
Their lunch special is a very good bargain.
