Value not good, too high for off season, just my opinion, hotel common areas , walls , carpet could be cleaner.
One family of 5 had 3 out of 4 tables taken in breakfast room ,have had more breakfast variety at hotels with half the room rates of this one.

Location is probably the best asset of this motel but it is also it's worst because of the highway noise. It is right on the A1A. Breakfast is very basic, coffee tastes watery. Rooms are somewhat renovated but still show the age of the property. Bed is comfortable and staff are friendly.

This place is a real bargain. Located right on the ocean with views to the intercostal waterway. Spencer was an encyclopedia of local knowledge and got our crew checked in quickly. The venue is a bit worn, but so what? The beds are extremely comfortable. There are no elevators on the two-story property. The free breakfast is quite adequate. Parking is good. You couldn’t ask for a better staff. An in room Jacuzzi cost extra and is worth every cent. This property is the perfect answer for the crappy winters so many of us have to endure each year. H8 winter.

We reserved two rooms after viewing the Inns website. It certainly did not look like the pictures!!
There was a terrible odor when you first walked in the front door! It defiantly has seen better days, the stair carpets needed to be vacuumed but it really needed to be replaced. The doors and door frames needed paint, just shabby!! The bed room carpets gave me an uncomfortable feeling it was so dark you could not tell if it was clean or dirty, I could not walk on the floors without shoes.
The breakfast room was so small that if there was more then two people in line you could not get to the food. The cheese less omelet was awful and ice cold, that went right in the trash!!
Since the four small tables were full we went to the very small patio with our food to find that two of the three tables were pushed up against the wall so you could not use them, the remaining table and chairs was filthy and so wobbly that if you leaned on the table to eat every liquid on the table spilled .
The worst was the dog across the hall that barked a good part of the night and the traffic right outside our window that whizzed by all night.
I think it would be a good idea for management to become a guest for an evening !

I could not recommend this place.

The lady working the front desk was so nice! We had stinky, wet clothes from our romp in Pensacola several days ago. No washateria on property, but she kindly washed the load clothes for us in their washer. We were very grateful!

The room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was good in the shower. The beach is across the street.
