“Great spot!”
Reviewed August 23, 2010

We had a wonderful time at Amicas. We found it through Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. The pizza was fantastic (try the Campobossa) and the microbrews, especially the Porter, were some of the best we had in the area. The Service was very friendly and the prices were affordable. My only disappointment was that we did not have an opportunity to return!

“Tasty Beer and Pizza with Attentive Service”
Reviewed July 31, 2010

Ate at Amicas twice after climbing 14ers. Went in hungry and left satisfied. I was amazed that every waiter who passed my table refilled my water glass. I also enjoyed their pizza at the Collegiate Peaks Music Festival

“Best Pizza...Ever!!”
Reviewed July 20, 2010

My husband has traveled quite a bit...he also lived in chicago (where pizza is really yummy) and says this is the Best Pizza he has ever had. Myself and children ages 9 & 13 agreed. We did not try the other pizza place in town to have a chance to compare but loved this place. Our service was prompt and our waiter was friendly, the place was clean. No complaints at all. The food was fairly priced, we got the daily lunch special @ $6-$7.00/plate. The pizza was very crispy and everyone enjoyed their meal. We also had Yummy root beer floats, too! We asked the locals where they went for Pizza and this is where they sent us. We were happy they did!!

“good food, horrible service”
Reviewed July 18, 2010

Went here twice in 1 week, both w/ friends from out of town. The first time, the waitress "forgot" to bring one of our salad after a reminder that we still didn't have it. The next time, the same exact thing happened with one of our salads. Also, friend ordered pizza with pepperoni/ olives and order person repeated it back and somehow it didn't have olives on it. Problem with order taker or kitchen??? The other friend is allergic to tomatoes so ordered a salad with NO TOMATOES ( and she told him twice) and you guessed it- it had tomatoes on it. They were not super busy at these times either 4:30 PM.

I think that they are so popular that they can just blow off complaints because they know they will be busy anyways.

“Pizza is fantastic. Beer is fantastic...”
Reviewed July 17, 2010

Pizza is fantastic. Beer is fantastic!! I have sampled over 330 beers from various places and found Amica's beers to be quite delicious and complex. Especially for such a moderate to small town. The pizza was exquisite, the crust was soft and crispy. I will definitely be returning.
