Every year we ski Monarch and every year we have a few breakfasts here. Its a great 'locals' place- you dont get as many of the the out of towners with kids screaming for mcdonalds. If you come grungy after a camping trip (which we have done too) or if you come in boots and a cowboy hat or if you come in snowboard pants... doesn't matter, but you become a local yourself. Its packed but service is efficient (think diners with waitresses that ask if 'You want more coffee, hun?" but doesnt feel rushed.
Nothing fancy but consistently good, filling food.!
