What a beautiful hotel right off of I 70. My family stayed here for two nights. The staff was very friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean. It is very quiet and peacful and within walking distance to various resturants. Continental breakfast was above average as well. I highly reccomend this hotel for pleasure on the western slope or for a one night stay.

We stayed at the Rifle, CO La Quinta Inn & Suites for two nights and were extremely satisfied with this hotel. In prior visits to Rifle we had stayed at a bargain local motel, and believe it or not, this beautiful full-service hotel was actually $25 a night less expensive. And, we were offered an excellent hot breakfast. We were over-joyed with our stay here and will definitely book a room at this hotel in the future.

Not the 1st time we've stayed here and we will be back in the future. Staff is consistently friendly/accommodating. Appreciate the hot breakfast (only suggestion would be to upgrade the eggs/bacon). Small pool but enough to unwind. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We like to stay here while we "play" in Glenwood Springs because the hotel rates are better. Can't say enough about the staff who consistently makes you feel "at home."

We usually stay in La Quinta's as they're pet friendly, without additional charge, nice amenities, clean, friendly and good locations when traveling the interstates. The Rifle property excelled in all areas, particularly the long paved trail, outside the side door, with great dog exercise/potty space along a field of acres.
The room was spotless, as was the rest of the property, the furnishings lovely and the beds excellent. We were on a "take our time" drive from Utah to Memphis and had elected Int. 70 to avoid the June heat on Int. 40, that we would normally drive during this bi-annual trip. That turned out to be ironic as Denver and Kansas were predicted to break a 50 yr. heat record the following day so we elected to use that as an excuse to stay a 2nd night at the Rifle La Quinta, enjoying the scenic small town, lovely town rest area with water fowl refuge, trails, large grassy lawns, visitors center and beautiful Rifle Falls. Had the La Quinta there not been such a pleasure we might have gotten back on the road after one nights stay. We're glad that we lingered.
We will always plan to stop at the Rifle LQ when traveling Int. 70. They're doing a great job.

We stayed at this La Quinta while traveling through CO with our small dog. The hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. The biggest plus for us was that our room was close to the back door which opened up to a big grassy area for dogs as well as a walking path for exercise. They also had a few outdoor tables around the hotel where you could play cards, eat, or just relax. The breakfast was another plus since besides having the traditional continental breakfast, they also had bacon and eggs, yummy.

The hotel was right off I-70. This was the best LaQuinta we have stayed at so far. Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good solid breakfast. Plenty of restaurants close by. Small town that was clean and enjoyable. The Colorado river is close by with some nice walking paths to stretch you legs after a long drive. Two things to pay attention too. First there is a double round a bout to go thru before you get to hotel that should be used with caution.[1st double we have ever seen} 2nd, if you go into town STAY in the LEFT lane at the beginning of the round a bout or you will end up going east on 70 to the airport 4 miles out of your way.Oops!
