This campground is tucked into a very quiet little valley. There are only 13 campsites and all of them are very nice. It has a little river that runs past at least half of them and the amazing falls are just a short walk away. You can hike to the top of the falls and see caves with a rare species of bats living inside along the way. The hike is very easy and has lots of beautiful areas to see. There are trout that can be seen swimming in the pool and stream below the falls and, on occasion, you can experience wildlife walking through the campground, usually early in the morning or at dusk. The only drawback to this campground is that it does get extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays with all of the locals coming out to enjoy the falls, too! With this said, we recommend this campground to people of all ages especially if you can camp Monday through Friday!!!
