The first great thing about Four Corners and the Sky Bar is they have beautiful views of the valley and mountains. The Sky Bar is on the roof and is an outdoor bar. It's just a great place to be for a drink in the evening. The restaurant is inside and downstairs below the Sky Bar.
I ordered the Rocky Mountain trout, and it was perfectly cooked and tasted really fresh.
The staff is friendly, and the chef stopped by our table for a little chat.
The Four Corners isn't visible from the street, so to find it, go to the Chipeta Inn at the end of S. Lena Street and drive around to the back parking lot.

Ridgway has the Four Corners for those who like a little extra with their meal. Good food, freshly prepared and a great view of the mountains to go with it. The breakfasts are very good. New chef has a good dinner menu too. I've had the dinner salad with salmon. The Chipeta Inn is a good place to stay if you like a place with a spa. The restaurant makes it easy to stay in one place and enjoy it all.

We loved the food, the atmosphere, the panorama, the service, the talented culinary team, everything! My family and I enjoyed cocktails, dinners and breakfast here while staying at the Chipeta Resort, seriously great food and wonderful selection and presentation. Attentive and friendly service with table side visits from Executive Chef Al and his team, so nice and friendly. They checked in on us and gave us some great recommendations of things to do during our stay. They also make fresh cookies for the kids and keep them stocked all day long in the warm and inviting lobby area. My kids loved the cookies and we all loved the food and our delightful experience at the Four Corners Cafe, I can't say enough great things about this place. Don't miss it when in Ridgway!

Maybe we came on a bad evening (Monday), but my wife and I have to disagree with the other reviews we read. We ordered rack of lamb and salmon. The lamb was billed as Colorado Lamb, which we have had in a number of other restaurants, but the quality of this lamb was definitely inferior. It was fatty and undercooked (not medium). The salmon was "wild-caught Pacific", but I found it to have little flavor and it was way overcooked. The sauce on the salmon was good and the wine was good. Service was OK and the views were nice, but we thought it was way overpriced for what we got.

While staying at the Chipeta Sun Lodge, we enjoyed a fabulous breakfast each morning. Everything we ordered was fresh, hot and delicious. The French toast was unique and wonderful. Fortunately we spent our days snow shoeing and hiking so were glad for all of those calories!
