Everyone has their own taste in camping, but I can't find anything about this state park that would not appeal to everyone. I'd like to keep it a secret, but it's the best campground we've stayed at so far in Colorado with our camper. The restrooms and showers are maintained and clean. The sites are well groomed too, and spaced just far enough apart to really enjoy some away time. The only downfall right now, is with the drought, the reservoir is very LOW, so fishing is a bit tough going. The mountain views or the pinyon pine areas are both excellent.
