Ate lunch at the Potbelly last week while staying at Phantom Lake Ranch. It's a nice place and like so many places near Fort Collins, they have locally brewed beers. My wife is gluten sensitive so she was delighted to find they had Omission gluten free beer.

The staff was friend and the food was good. Nothing fancy, but tasty.

We heard that in the summer they have lots of humming bird (one of my favorite birds to watch) feeders hanging near the windows but the birds have already migrated south so we missed them.

The PotBelly Restaurant sits back from the road atop a small hill and the entire parking lot drains out the driveway. Consequently the entrance is severely rutted. It has been that way for years! No one seems to care.
The food is decent and not severely overpriced for the area and the service is good if they are not too busy. I've eaten there every fall for years and nothing ever changes. They are closed on Tuesdays and don't ever open until 11AM. During the summer the swarms of hummingbirds attracted to the feeders in front of the windows are worth the trip.

Ordered a New York Strip and it was over cooked and the most grisseley steak I have ever had. very hard to cut and difficult to chew. You need to find what they do best because steak is a definite NO.

Very nice servers and pleasant place to eat. Expected things to be a bit less 'ritzy' because this is what the area is all about - natural beauty and not man-made or dolled up stuff. This is what was delivered, nothing more but nothing less either. OK quality for the price and place. We'd eat there again but might first choose something we've not experienced to try and find a better delivery for the same cost.

I hate to post bad reviews, but this place was very discouraging. Sat there for 15 minutes before a waitress gave us a menu. She never returned, another waitress said hello to us, but she wasn't too interested either, I guess. Finally after staring at the menu for another 15 minutes we gave up and went elsewhere. Also that entire time we watched the booth across from us never be cleaned off.
