The Mill Stop is located in the old Minnequa district and serves a Pueblo traditional burrito that it takes two to eat it and you'll leave wanting to take a gallon of their wonderful green chili. The Mill Stop has been around for decades and all the locals know about it. I highly recommend visitors enjoy some of the best authentic mexican food at this Pueblo prime restaurant.

This is a must visit for the real Pueblo eating experience. A small restaurant, so you will probably have a short wait, but you will find the wait worth your while.

Look beyond the size and location for a great food experience. We stopped for lunch around 1PM. We were lucky the large lunch crowd somewhat dissipated. However, as most reviews stated there was a wait and the crowds kept coming. This place was filled with a continuous stream of locals, which is a very good sign. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent! I would class this food as New Mexican as we did not get chips and salsa before hand and the entrées came with sopapillas. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros. The eggs and beans were covered with excellent green chile and then topped with an unusual type of fried potatoes. Although I did not finish the rice I did eat all of the entrée.

You know the old saying you can tell how good the food is by the amount of people who are trying to get into a place. We'll that is the case here. Great food, good service but be prepared to wait. The wait is worth it. We have been many times and have enjoyed the food. They have great pueblo type green chili and there chicken tacos on white are excellent. The folks at the cafe are very skilled at moving people in and out of the restaurant. Make sure to save room for the sopapillas quite yummy!

Three of us went on a Friday night at 7:15 and sat at the counter to avoid standing in wait for a table. I ordered 2 cheese enchiladas and 1 pork and avocado burrito all with green sauce topped with some pico de gallo. The green sauce is a little bit spicy but delicious. The meals come with a sopapilla.
The place is small and located next to a dance club. But the food was excellent, the staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely go again.
