Description: Burgers and fries cooked to order, creamy milkshakes and malts and icy, cold Colorado craft beers all served in a fun and funky atmosphere make Bingo Burger a winner with locals and out-of-towners alike! The namesake Bingo Burger was launched during Pueblo's Annual Chile & Frijole Festival in 2007. Chef/Owner Richard Warner set up a grill in front of his wife's Hopscotch Bakery and grilled hundreds of burgers for folks hungry for something different. He capitalized on the unique flavor of the locally-grown and roasted Pueblo chile and mixed them right into the beef before grilling. BINGO! The Bingo Burger was born. These burgers proved to be so popular a brick and mortar shop opened its doors in 2010 in the heart of Pueblo's Creative Corridor.

This place is amazing! I love all of the things that they have! If anybody is disappointed with this place, they obviously got up on the wrong side of the bed!

“Bingo Burger? Should be called Salt Shack”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 26, 2011

Maybe it's me...I don't like salty food. The burger & fries were well made but extremely salty. Ordered a $5 chocolate milk shake and it had a strange aftertaste. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, she offered to remake it but since it was the chocolate sauce that was funky tasting, I didn't see the point. Told her that I would just throw it away...a refund would have been nice.

“The BEST BURGER in Pueblo (maybe even Colorado!)”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 11, 2011

Bingo Burger has it ALL!! Their hamburgers are Excellent! Regular and Sweet Potato French Fries are Awesome! And did I mention their dipping sauces?? The different dipping sauces are amazing and even work well on the burgers! The have a great menu with imaginative (and historic) names for different burgers -- talk about Pueblo Pride! Not to be forgotten, the children's menu is great too with excellent portion sizes. The beverage menu includes the usual Coke stuff, but they also serve Izzy's and beer!! The location is great, and people watching can be achieved from their lovely enclosed patio. The staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant (rare to find people who really like their job, but these people do!). Don't miss eating here -- it is definitely worth every single penny!!

“Best burger in town!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2011

Stumbled upon this place after a walk downtown. The burger was amazing! Fresh and actually cooked to order. If you like shakes, have one here. The shakes seem a little pricey, but are really worth it. The blueberry is amazing.

“Great food & staff. Vegetarian options!!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2011

We are not locals, but I had searched online in advance to find a burger joint my carnivore husband would love, and that would also have vegetarian choices for me. This place was perfect! I had the portabello burger, husband had the bacon cheeseburger, and kidlet had a kiddie burger. All were excellent. You can customize your burger as much as you like, and I really recommend adding the awesome green chilis to whatever you get. The sweet potato fries were good. Even though you order at the counter, our counter girl acted more like a waitress and really made the dining experience pleasant. They have a great selection of bottled brews - the special brew of the day that we tried was excellent. This place focuses on locally grown, sustainable meat & produce. That's a big plus to me, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. It costs a bit more for those products, but the end result is totally worth it!
