We have eating multiple times at the Texas Roadhouse. Usually we show up early on the weekends for the prime roast...never later than 5pm. Usually really good, meat is perfectly smoked and full of flavor. Well we ended up eating dinner there a Saturday night around 8pm. The place was packed. I ordered the rack of ribs...which have also eaten multiple times. Well this time the ribs were totally dried out and inedible. I have never tasted poorer tasting ribs in my life. I told the waitress of this and she couldn't care less. So I guess the moral of the story is to show up early or get extremely dry ribs.
