“Attention to detail lacking”
Reviewed October 22, 2011

We spent 8 days at this hotel while visiting family. This was the first time we've stayed at a Comfort Inn. The hotel is new and very contemporary. Room was great and bathrooms had an upscale feel. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, however, housekeeping left a bit to be desired. For the first six days the coffee pot was not cleaned and we didn't get new drinking or coffee cups. We had to go to the front desk each night to ask for these items as needed. After speaking to the manager on evening six, we did get coffee and new cups, but the coffee pot was still not cleaned. Several nights my husband left an empty beer bottle and chip bag on the night stand - they were still there when we returned in the evening. We talked with a gentleman who had been at the hotel for over a month and said there were several days that his room had not been cleaned. The breakfast room and items to choose from for breakfast were great. However, days five through eight the chaffing pan did not keep the eggs and sausage warm. One day the sausage was so over done in the microwave before being put in the chaffing pan it was like eating a Slim Jim. My husband travels approximately 45 weeks per year and is very tolerant and understaning of issues that arises, but felt this amongst the worst housekeeping he's experienced - and it was due details that would have taken less than 1 minute to correct. While we were understanding of the issues at breakfast - you never know how many guests will show for breakfast and when they will arrive - the housekeeping issues were unacceptable. If the housekeeping issues are corrected we would give this hotel a 10 out of 10.

Room Tip: Room 201 is next to the HVAC Room and you will hear noise through the night if you're a light sl...

We were driving back to Denver from Moab and stayed here overnight to break up the drive. What a fabulous hotel! The woman at the desk told us it opened in July. It's very contemporary looking. The mattress was extremely soft and comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous with granite countertops and ceramic tile floors. The hotel was very quiet - we never heard anyone making any noise. One of the rooms we were given was dirty, and the woman at the desk was very apologetic, upgrading that room to a suite at no charge. The breakfast was great, with tons of options, including scrambled eggs and sausage. Only problem was there was only one waffle maker, which everyone was in line to use. The breakfast room is beautiful, with a fireplace and big screen TV. The pool/hot tub area was wonderful, although the pool was quite small. We were the only ones using it, so it was fine. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - it looks more like a resort than a hotel.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at on the trip, and the price was one of the lowest. No complaints here.

We were headed for a storm on Rt.70 and decided to call it a day and find sleep arrangements. What a great gift ! This is like being at a 5 star hotel ! The bathroom is granite with a massage shower. Everything is brand new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I even had an opportunity to meet the owner ! Can't wait to see the breakfast !
32'TV and beds soooooooooooooooo comfortable !!! A fridge, microwave and coffee set up. Can't beat the price . Best accomadations IN Los Vegas,Utah and CO . thus far on my trip. Laundry room is accessed by your room key only. There is a Jacuzzi and heated pool I will not be trying this trip.

Room Tip: Spacious rooms with desk area for laptop use ....Also they have a computer room.

Was surprised to find this Inn at a smaller town. Had been on our bikes all day, What a relief to find such a nice place. Had been open only two months. Staff was very personable and helpful. Very clean rooms. Pool and hot tub. Hope to pass through there again some day.
