Both my wife and I and another couple stayed at the Wine Valley Inn, in Palasade, Colorado and found this to be a real gem. Both Michelle and Dave are wonderful hosts and the breakfasts are a real delight. Michelle really went all out in preparing our breakfasts. We especially liked having our morning coffee on the back patio. The grounds are very well kept and the patio is nice and quiet. Don't miss having your dinner, glass of wine, or just sitting on the wrap around porch. Our hugh room was on the second floor with a private bath. Really nice and relaxing. The house is on the historic register in Palisade and is just great to explore. There is a large TV in the living room and there was also a TV in our room. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Wine Valley Inn, Palisade, Colorado the first weekend in October. The weather was cool, the leaves were glorious and the Inn was a very comfortable home base for a "wine weekend." Michelle and her husband are great innkeepers, she always has fresh fruit, home baked cookies, and local wine out for her guests. The breakfast was buffet style, but included eggs, french toast, and a lovely coffe cake over the two days we stayed there, as well as fresh fruit. Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed, there is a hot tub for guest use in a great yard. We ate ripe grapes right off the vine in the yard! The Inn is within easy walking distance the main street of Palisade. This area is producing some very fine wines...we tasted lots of them!! And we bought lots of them too!! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to do it again.

My husband and i just spent a delightful weekend enjoying the warm hospitality and perfect service at the Wine Valley Inn. The gracious hosts, Michelle and Dave were on the wrap-around porch of this beautifully restored victorian when we got there, and welcomed us warmly. Our room was charming (complete with claw-foot tub), but we didn't spend a lot of time there as everyone congregated on the wrap-arond porch for wine and good conversation - we thoroughly enjoyed the other patrons and truly felt like we guests in a private home. Dave and Michelle could not do enough for us, p roviding valuable insights, maps and guidance for whatever it was we wanted to do. They love what they do and it shows! We wish them continued success!
(fyi, if possible, stay over a Saturday night, just to make sure you get Dave's veggie eggs benedict on Sunday morning - I am still thinking about it!)

My partner and I went to Palisade for the weekend for a disc golf tournament and stayed at the inn for two nights. We arrived late on Friday night and were welcomed by the owners Michelle and Dave. They had a fire going and offered us tea, dessert and cocktails. My partner had to be at the tournament early each morning and they graciously offered to make breakfast at whatever time we needed.

The inn is beautifully decorated inside and out. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The inn also has a brand new hot tub that is not to me missed; it is surrounded by an 8 foot fence with cascading vines that offers plenty of privacy. They have wonderful gardens that surround the house, plenty of seating on the wrap around porch and wonderful views of the surrounding mesas.
