If you like eating off of paper plates, with plastic forks, this MIGHT be your place. The salsa and chips cost extra. The salsa is chopped onions and chopped jalepenos with enough tomato something to make it faint red, and the chips are RIGHT OUT OF THE BAG, like from the grocery store. The food is pure empty and unsatisfying calories. Some of these "communities" take care of each other with underserved lavish praise, and it seems to me this must be an example of that, else this place would be near the bottom of the heap rather than at the top. Lots of hustle and bustle. As your paper plate hits the table without comment, you will wish you were somewhere else. And if your taste is Mexican, Kip's assuredly is not it.
