Very nice place to stay and convenient and cozy to have towels and bath robes to go to/from the hot springs in the freezing temperatures. Needless to say, the hot springs were remarkable!
Only reason I give it a 4/5 is because there was no business center with a printer which I find essential at any hotel in these days. When travelling, it is sometimes pertinent to have printer for business/work, ESPECIALLY in a small town where there is no Office Max/Staples.

Planned a ski and hot springs trip to Pagosa Springs with #1 son, #1 daughter n law, wife, and G-kiddos, 27 Dec-2 Jan. We did not stay at the resort nor did we use any of the spa services. We just used the thermal baths. We purposely scheduled our thermal baths early, and we were gifted with an almost empty thermal bath area and locker room!!!! We choose the daily passes, which gave us access to 19/24 geothermal pools, the locker room and the showers. They provided towels, robes and lockers a la carte. We brought our own towels. If you are are particular about your personnel towels, swim wear and robes smelling like sulphur you might consider bringing stuff that you are willing to live with the smell in your clothes or are willing to throw them away. Slippers or flip flops are highly recommended, especially in the winter months when the floors are covered with salt to keep the ground ice free. Bring water and/or your favorite adult beverage to enjoy. We used all 19 of the pools under our package, with our favorite being the Lobster Pot. After soaking in 108 degree water for approximately 10 minutes, we took several ice cold and frigid plunges in the San Juan River. Remember that the early bird does, indeed, get the worm...or in this case, 19 geothermal pools all to themselves. We will be back!!!!

The Pools are wonderful, find the temp that suits you and enjoy, take your water shoes as walking from pool to pool can be very cold in the winter monthes.

This was our second time visiting. The pools are excellent, with temperatures posted and a variety of temperatures available.

The locker rooms were packed! Granted it was between Christmas and New Years, but it made our visit less appealing than before. There were no men’s lockers available and getting to the women’s lockers was almost impossible because there were so many people in the locker room.

We’d go back again!
