“Awesome chips and pickles”

The cheeseburger was good, the beer was great and the chips and pickles were spectacular. I'd go there just to eat another pickle!

“Loved the lamb burger”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 13, 2013

We were staying in Pagosa for the week and had just arrived after a long drive. In previous trips I had not been impressed with the local restaurants but decided on the new place in town. I ordered the lamb burger. It was like a gyros with the cucumbers, etc. I talked about it all week. When we are back in town next year we will be back. Had the beer sampler and found a couple I liked.

“Delicious lunch outside”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 10, 2013

Walking around downtown Pagosa we came upon the Riff Raff. Other restaurants were full so we elected to give it a whirl and very glad we did! I had a pulled pork sandwich that was huge and jucy and tender, served with a little slaw in top. Flavor was great not much sauce but rather the flavor of the meat and cooking came through. Enjoyed with a great kolsh beer. Wife had a plain Jane Berger and said it was the best in PS. We are local and now have a new hangout! Give it a shot

“Riff Raff Brewery and Restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 7, 2013

We met the owners at the county fair where they were promoting their new restaurant and brewery. Three of the four owners are locals. We tried the beer on tap there and promised to show up at the restaurant later. We loved the place. It is in an old Victorian style residence with indoor or garden seating. The menu was fun to read. Clever names for the entrees, etc. Many choices had new twists to old favorites and surprising combinations. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The owner was available for brewery tours for patrons. The prices are very reasonable - pretty much nothing over $10. The burgers are to die for. My son is spoiled now for any other burger. The Nacho Bidness was soooo good.
