Friendly staff, clean, good view, and a good value. Not very crowded,no kids running around. This is nice to do after a hike when the sun goes down.

Although "The Springs" is nice (across the street- one of the original commercial hot sorings in Pagosa this is the place.
It is an expertly restored Victorian building. There are tubs indoors and out. The outdoor tubs are on the roof and have an incredible view of the East Range, Reservoir Hill and town.
They begaon service aka carte alcohol a year or two ago, it is nice, but be careful.
The flooring and decking upstairs are all non-slip, making it very safe and easy to get around.
Massages are also available on site.
Friendly staff, quality prices, and a variety of small and large tubs with varing temperatures makes this a great place to relax after a long day of activity. The best tubs are the ones on the roof overlooking the town, hence the name. Great value, great place!
The Overlook offers a great alternative to the other two spas. The big one is zoo like, the little one does not keep the womens bath houseclean.
At the Overlook, the showers are awesome, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. You can enjoy a beer or wine while viewing the sunset from the rooftop tubs.

This is my favorite in Pagosa Springs. You may miss is unless you know about it, as it appears to be a storefront on the main street. They have complete facilities and pools of varying temperatures. My preference is to go to the roof where you can relax in a hot pool while gazing out over the town. As an added bonus, I think it is the least expensive of the hot pools in town.
I have recommended this to many friends, even those familiar with Pagosa Springs, and they did not know about it.
