Outstanding place to stay, what else can I say? Nice apartment, great facilities, great location. You will Need to accept the fact you will be asked to talk about buying a timeshare but it wasn't oppressive.

We spent a week at this resort in April.I traded some timeshare points for a 2 bedroom unit with 2 baths. The check in was excellent(no wait) and the staff was great. The concierge desk was helpful as to advising us as to what was going on around the area and whats sights there were. The clubhouse is where you get the discounted tickets to various items and they were also were pleasant to deal with.We did have 1 issue with a kitchen sink leak, but once called maintenance showed up almost immediately and he was also excellent to deal with.
As for the rooms. It was two one bedroom units with a lockout and we found them to be very comfortable, but in need of a small bit of upgrading. It was still very nice and comfortable.would highly recommend a week here to anyone. We will return again. Each building had four 1 bedroom units with a Jacuzzi that was enclosed inside in the rear of it.This made it very nice to walk out jump in and soak for awhile.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Perigrin section and we would highly recommend it.

This trip was planned as a get away for relaxation and rest. We stayed here through the AFVC and what a comfortable resort. All the folks were very pleasant and Concierge services gave us wonderful advice. We had a 2 bedroom unit (actually 2 separate place that were separated by a locked door). We were in the Peregrine units just off Eagles Loft Circle. Updated, one bedroom king condos. All kitchen appliances you needed were there. Each section of 4 units shared an indoor hot tub that was connected to the back of the unit. The king bed mattress was pretty new and very comfortable. If the jets in the hot tub were working properly, this would have been rated excellent. The meeting we attended, which was not mandatory, but something we wanted to hear, was interesting and not a high sales pitch at all. We were in the meeting for just for 90 minutes and had the rest of the day to do whatever in the area. We were there in the off season, so it was spitting some snow and wind, but out objective was to relax and we certainly did! We would definitely come back and spend time in that area again. We enjoyed a free current movie (Life of Pi) and s'mores cooked on an open fire. The gym and pool looked spectacular but we didn't get over there to that. One of our friends tried fishing, but that was difficult and could be expensive. It was $10.00 a day and hard to find a place where there wasn't any sign saying you couldn't fish there. Although, we understand our unit was the older one, it had been recently updated and was very nice; large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, toaster, blender, coffee pot, filters, soaps, paper towels, enough kitchen ware for 6 people and several baking items. Bathroom was typical bathroom with typical hotel amenities. Stacked washer and dryers with detergent. City Market near by and several shops, restaurants, brew pubs.

We stayed here through AFVC and found it to be a very pleasant and convenient property. The furniture was a bit dated, but in good condition and comfortable. Our unit was a two bedroom lockoff unit that had a hot tub (indoor) shared with one other unit. The unit was well equipped, and well kept. We had a snow while we were here and our sidewalks were quickly cleared. We didn't use any of the facilities as we spent most of our time traveling around, but found it a good place to "land" after our busy days. There are lots of activities offered but we didn't take advantage of any.

I have been staying at this resort since 1989 when it was Fairfield. I love coming here because it's quiet and Pagosa Springs is a small town Colorado feel. The 2 bedroom Eagles Loft we stay in is so great for our family and accomodates us all. We love it and it was updated and very clean. Like most small towns it can be limited with expectations, however they have just about everything you would want. Pagosa is not glamorous however that's not why you come here, it's to relax and breathe the air. It has a small town friendliness and yes they have most amenities. I love the skiing at Wolf Creek which is my favorite place to Ski. Rates are reasonable and not crowded, and the Lodge is fun and friendly, with the "MOST SNOW In COLORADO".

Room Tip: Try to get somewhere close to the lake for views and with a balcony or patio for your outdoor enjoym...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom through RCI in January of 2013. The resort was very convenient to large clean grocery shopping and restaurants. It was only a 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Lodge which is a very nice place to ski.The ski resort is very reasonably priced and not crowed at all with lots of powder. The Wyndham timeshare that we stayed in was spacious and had a nice family room and kitchen and was roomy enough for a family of five. Overall it was clean but the walls and baseboards could use a wiping down but not to overly bad. It's not a five star resort but for the convenience to a good ski location and eating you can't go wrong with this place. Staff was also very friendly and didn't push the timeshare on us at all. We will return in the future.

Beautiful location! The scenery and views are breath-taking. Condominium was set in a great place; overlooking the lake and had an awesome view of the mountains. Facility was adequately furnished with all of the necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and responded promptly to any and all requests. We had a wonderful stay!
