We eat here every couple weeks in all seasons. It is your basic taqueria. The breakfast burritos can be called in for take out to the ski area. Lunch we like to get our chicken burrito filled with their guacamole to split. think of a mexican taco stand with all the sides like lime juice, cilantro, fresh salsas etc in a little serve yourself buffet.
It is always clean. The owner, Edgar "Chavolo", is very young, hard working and determined. He now has three other locations. They will do catering, too.
they do a semi-famous locals taco night where the eats are simple and delicious. we run into most of our favorite townies when we hit it.
