We stopped at this place every day before heading up to Wolf Creek to go snowboarding.

Their breakfast burritos have wonderfully fresh ingredients and were extremely large and filling, I even skipped lunch the day I had one for breakfast! Their espresso is top-notch strong and full flavored, and they know how to make a great Latte as well. The chicken pot-pie was made in the shape of a large desert pie and a slice is served to you instead of an individual sized single pie. It was perfectly cooked and the crust was super flakey and yummy. They also have a variety of fresh baked goods that are occasionally available, so it was exciting to go there and find out what new treats were made that day.

The service is also fantastic and all of the ladies who work the counter and bring food to your table were enthusiastic and cheerful. This place really put me in a good mood for the day. I would not only return to this place again and again, but recommend it to anyone who is passing through Pagosa Springs.

The kind of place we like to stop for a quick breakfast before skiing. Lots of baked goods (for on the go) & good coffee. And their green chili (yes for breakfast) is awesome.

We stop here every morning for coffee and a muffin or bread! The best bread ever! My favorites are the Rye and the Bagets. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Open early - before the other cafes in town. Fantastic house made green chili topped on the delicious breakfast burritos make them the best around - rivaling the likes of the famous ones found a bit south in Santa Fe. Friendly staff and an easy walk from the hotels surounding the hot springs.
