The food is fine with a nice variety in the menu. We do not appreciate sitting indoors especially when thy have loud music. The wait staff is great, especially Daniella, daughter of Nello!!!

We were a party of 8. None of the dinners were pleasing, but on top of that, they were served at different times and lukewarm. There was only one other table that had people at it and they couldn't get us out any good meals, nor let us all eat at the same time. Not a good dining experience.

Daniella, Nello's daughter, is a delightful, conscientious waitress with a ready laugh; she remembers every detail of our order! The food is prepared with care and tasty, too. Only once, on a very busy night, did our entree arrive cool.

We ate here twice on our visit to Pagosa. The first night was on their Sushi night (Thursday). We had to wait for a table, since they were packed when we arrived. The Sashimi didn't look like the slices of Sashimi that I'm used to, but the fish tasted very fresh. We went for lunch a couple of days later and again, the food was good - spinach salad and BLT were both good. The only thing we had that wasn't quite up to par was the onion soup. The crouton was very hard and too large to fit in the soup bowl. The bowl arrived with the crouton laying across the top of the bowl with the cheese melted on top. The hard crouton was very hard to eat - since it didn't sit in the soup and soften, you had to pick it up with your hand to bit off a piece - with melted cheese on top, this was a bit messy. The wine by the glass list was good, with unsual offerings.

We took out of town visitors for a special meal, but that was a big mistake! The appetizers were tasty and arrived promptly, but from there on it was downhill. We waited almost an hour for our entrees; when they arrived they were lukewarm. From then on, service was mostly non-existant. The restaurant was not busy--there was no excuse for this. We will not return.
