The breakfast was great with lots of choices (even for us vegetarians). The hotel was full as we stayed there during Labor Day weekend, but there was ample food, parking, etc. The location is perfect for walking into town and picking up the Loop Trail. We had our dog with us and there were no problems there. Usually when you have a dog you get a lessor room but this was not the case. The room felt newly decorated and the bedcovers, pillows, wall treatments, etc. all seemed to be very high quality. The wifi worked well in the room. The staff was friendly. Enjoyed the free popcorn and beverages available all day long in the lobby. We don't usually spend this much for a hotel room but considering it was a holiday weekend, we really felt like we got our money's worth.

Room Tip: Upper level rooms might be a bit quieter as vehicles park in front of the lower level rooms.

We stayed one night at the Best Western Ouray; we've been to Ouray three times and my husband always wanted to stay here because of the hot springs...Pros: complimentary coffee/hot chocolate/cappucino in lobby when you check in...great breakfast with a chef actually cooking omelets to order and a really nice and diverse selection of breakfast items, both hot and cold. The hot tub/pool hot springs were really nice and we enjoyed our time there. The room was average, felt crowded and nothing special. Felt it was overpriced for the off-season, we visited mid October.

The hotel was clean, location was great and the complimentary full breakfast was wonderful. The cooks, Guido and Donna are fabulous! The hotel sits at the bottom and between the San Juan Mountains. The view as you walk out of your room is spectacular. The complimentary breakfast includes everything you could possible want. We stayed 6 nights and each morning I could choose something different for breakfast because of the variety. Also, fresh omelettes made to order!

Athens plumbing in the sink fell off (yes, the drain disconnected from the underside of the sink)' the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine and the wireless Internet connection was useless in the room. On the plus side, breakfast was really pretty good

This was our first time staying at the Twin Peaks Lodge and were totally thrilled with our stay. We enjoyed soaking in the hot mineral tub, watching the sun set over the mountains. Our room was large with a king bed. The facility was very clean and the Green Tea Shampoo, condtioner and lotion were great. The breakfast was a real treat with Guido and Donna fixing made to order omlettes. Great to have real plates and silverware.
