Reliable for lunch ... our annual road-trip through the San Juan mountains always includes Ouray, but on this day we were tired, hungry and wary of experimenting with dining, SO, recalling one of our earliest visits we went back to Buen Tiempo and were not disappointed. It was as good as several years ago. They have nice patio (but watch the weather and pick a table carefully). Servers seemed young & disoriented at first but welcoming corn chips were presented a few seconds after seating & fast service on the first beer gave us a breather, Salads were fresh and chili was tasty.
