Opened by the former owner of the Haute Plate Bistro in Glenwood Springs, he continues with his most popular items, including his breakfast burritos and reuben sandwiches. He as added Expressos to his breakfast menu. The menu is classic breakfast such as egg & meat combos (including chicken fried steak), omelettes and skillets, pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. Lunch includes 7 different sandwiches, 4 salads, hamburgers, grilled salmon, roasted chicken breast, pasta and deserts including baked Alaska, creme brule, peach cobbler & chocolate cake. There are plans to open for dinner in the near future. We have eaten at the new location several times and love his food as much as we did in his previous restaurant
