The food was terriffic. The service was even better. Authentic eastern European food. Reservation really a must. Cafe Prague is small. Almost European seating. Try the Chicken Corden Blue

If you're looking for for something different in your dining experience besides the typical noisy din and less than attentive service of franchise restaurants, Cafe Prague is the place to go. From the moment you walk in, you are personally greeted by the owner and honestly welcomed to their place of business. The staff is professional and attentive without being pesky. Cafe Prague specializes in Eastern European (Czech/German) food. The food is eye-appealing, delicious and of sufficient quantity. You will leave pleasantly filled. We have tried the Schnitzels (veal, pork and chicken). All are excellent. Roast pork and dumplings with a wonderful brown sauce is excellent. Most dishes are served with sauerkraut and a tasty red cabbage (try it before you turn up your nose, you may be surprised!). The Beef Goulash and the Meat Loaf are definitely worth a try. A nice wine list and bar service complement your meal. Parking is across the street and complimentary. An "on the house" surprise awaits you at the end of your meal. By the way, plan ahead and bring cash or have a plan as they do NOT split the check. Overall , a wonderful dining experience. Reservations are definitely recommended.

Thank you TripAdvisor for pointing us to this little Morrison surprise! They have a great wine list, the food is amazing -- starting with appetizers and soups clear through to the generous entres. Our service was so professional, yet still warm and friendly. The interior decor is cozy yet surprisingly sophisticated. We will return!

The easiest way to review Cafe Prague is to say that when I was given my choice of where to eat on my birthday this year, I didn't hesitate: I chose Cafe Prague. It has charm on so many levels: it's close to Denver, but in the mountains (an easy drive.) The patio dining during the summer is exquisite. In all our visits (and we've gone many times) the food has never been less than perfect. As often happens when one visits a place repeatedly, we have a favorite waiter (Kurtis) and his service is impeccable. The owner is hands-on in every aspect of his business, and it shows. We always enjoy the guitarist (Chris). We've never been to Cafe Prague when it's not jam-packed, and it's easy to see why.

I've only been here twice - not sure why - because we loved the food and the romantic ambiance created by the bar's lights. They've got their own parking lot now too which takes aways the issue of trying to find a place to park in Morrison. The food was creative and good.
