We were heading out for pizza on July 4th, but our desired location was closed for the holiday so we were driving around looking for another restaurant and found the Village Inn - and what a great find it was...similar to a Bakers Square in the Midwest.
My hubby & I both had the pick 3 (soup or salad / half a sandwich / Pie) Everything was luscious. They were severely understaffed for the unexpected crowd that night but were very honest with the patrons about that before seating them and let the customer make the decision if they were willing to be patient with the kitchen or wanted to go elsewhere. I appreciate that kind of honesty...we weren't in a hurry, so decided to eat here anyway - glad we did...we'll look you up next time we're in town.
