“Perfect Summer Adventure Trip! I bet it's great in the Winter too!”

Loved the area & Gigi was a great host. The adventures were well planned. We were happy she included wetsuits in the rafting package! Directions & places were all available in a binder. Ignore it if there's a drinking water notice on the door, she let us know the place has a well. Another family encouraged me to walk down the road a block to my right and was pleasantly surprised to see the Little Arkansas was within steps from the condo. The property is clean and kept. The hot tub room was perfect for tired travelers and resting the bones from the fun adventures Gigi offers during the stay. The patio was a perfect place to stargaze, billions of stars bright & plentiful! Some of the pics in this video are of the area and from the area property & popped in a slow motion video of her humming birds. The daisies and wildflowers pics are from the property, mountain/view pics here are near Monarch & Salida. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CK9PjNXSso&feature=youtu.be

“Gigi and the condo were great!”

We stayed in one of the main level condos. It was wonderful! Very well equipped. Plenty of room for 4 of us! The remodeled kitchen was so cool! Exactly what you would expect to see in Colorado! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing--so relaxing!
It snowed about 8 inches one of the nights we were there. By 7:00 am Gigi had the steps and deck cleared. By 8:30 the parking was cleared and I think she even cleared part of the street so we could get to the highway! Unbelievable service!
We would definitely consider staying again!

“Perfect!!!”

We have 4 children ages 13-8. Vacations can be tricky. Gigi was an absolute godsend for us. We were never cramped. The condo is super cozy and well supplied. Especially the washer/dryer. She gives lots of tips that prepared us for the unknowns we may face on the trip. The kids would ski during the day and come back to the condo and play outside until sunset. After our stop in Salida on out way in we had everything we needed. No cell service for us which was PERFECT!!!! Lots of great family time and laughter!
She even helped with making decisions on ski packages. The history of the little surrounding mining communities and monarch pass were great history lessons for our kids.
Wouldn't change a thing!!!! Hope we can do this for years to come!!! Thanks Gigi!

These condos are super clean and neat. The kitchen is ready to cook in and the living room is very comfortable. The hot tub is a lifesaver after a day on the slopes, which are only 5 minutes away. I would stay there again anytime.

“Great place to stay”
Reviewed August 26, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

This is a very nice place to stay. The condo is very clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower has really good water pressure. Those are the things that I most judge my experience by. In addition to that it was a very comfortable home like atmosphere. Close to Salida and Buena Vista Colorado. Once you get "home" in the evening it's very relaxing. You can go for a walk or sit in the Hot Tub!!

“You have to stay here”
Reviewed August 24, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

First we were met as we pulled up by the owner who made sure we learned how to turn on what we needed and showed us the hot tub. The condo was clean and well equipped and decorated. The full size washer and drier were very welcome addition to the condo.

It is located in a wonderful part of Colorado just off a scenic highway (Rt 50) that gives great access east and west. Being centrally located - all corners Western Colorado from Denver to Durango to Pueblo to Gand Junction and further north are easily accessible from the condo for day trips. And the scenery is exceptional - especially if you want to see or hike in the highest concentration of 14,000 mountains in the country.

Salida is a full service town only 18 miles done the hill with good restaurants and a thriving arts community. To the west over Monarch Pass is Gunnison and Crested Butte, the Blue Mesa Reservoir, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park (all worth a visit.

Having saId that the host's attention to detail and warm welcome far outshines the spectacular scenery that you will enjoy if you visit.

Book now you can't go wrong.
