We decided to give PJ's a try for something different than burgers and fries and were not disappointed. They specialize in German/Russian fare but have a menu to suit all tastes. They were busy so we weren't able to sit on the outside patio to enjoy the views but the wait staff was attentive and the food was tasty and presented well. I ordered a sampler platter with stuffed cabbage, potato pancake topped with stroganoff, pierogis, and a side of cucumber salad. It was delicious. Cost was about average for most places in Manitou. We would eat here again.

This would not have been my first choice in cuisine, so I'm glad my husband was pulling for PJ's. The dishes that we tried were all very flavorful. His potato pancakes topped with smoked salmon and capers were the fave!

They have a sampler type plate so you can try most of their favorites. Cabbage rolls... good. Potato pancakes were amazing stroganoff was made with filet mignon. Brats and homeade sauerkraut was ok. Hubby liked it, I thought it tasted like packaged hot dogs.

We happened upon this little bistro while strolling through Manitou Springs. It is a small space that packs a big punch of flavor. My husband had the Russian Perogies that were amazing. The staff was friendly and full of wit. They also seemed to do a great job of working to fit everyone in and make sure they are comfortable. Definitely worth the stop.

This is primarily a restaurant with an ethnic Polish fare, but it also serves very good burgers. The ambiance is not much to speak of, but the service was swift and friendly. The food was uniformly good.
