On this trip to Denver/Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs, my biz partner and I determined that we would only eat "local" and that we would order the specialties.. no typical cheeseburgers.
I had the Hungarian Goulash with the potato pancake... not something I would normally order, but it was delicious! The potato pancake was more like a hashbrown than a boxty--crispy and firm.
The staff was friendly. Had it been warmer we would have sat on the patio. As it was, we had a nice view of the town from our booth.
