We were looking for a place to pick up some cheese and meats for an afternoon snack and found D'vine Wine...what a welcome sight! A great plate of meats, cheeses, crackers and grapes. We did the wine tasting and they had something for my wife's sweet taste and a more robust red for my tastes. The server was friendly, gracious and helpful. My only disappointment... not finding this place sooner! Thanks D'vine Wine of Manitou!

Our server, who happened to also be the wine maker was fabulous. We had a Groupon for 4 people, and only 2 of us showed up, so instead of sampling 6 wines, we pretty much sampled the whole lot. There were some very good wines, and all of them were made right there. The cheese plate we got was PLENTY, in fact we ended up not going to dinner that night, as we were so full. Definitely worth a try. Sangiovese wine and the Pinot Grigio were probably our fans, but a tad overpriced. The Port was fabulous, but again almost 30 dollars for a small bottle.

We were given a Groupon voucher as a gift. We had never been to D'Vine Wine so we were curious and had few expectations. The atmosphere is comfortable and quaint. There is a nice feel and we were comfortable in the fun decor. Prices are fairly reasonable. We particularly enjoyed their artichoke dip....very yummy! As far as the wine, however, we were disappointed. Truthfully, it is just not very good wine. Out of the 7 we tried, there was only one we semi-liked but the rest left a lot to be desired. Their non-grape fruit wines were interesting but we would not really call those "wines". We like their idea but they should perhaps take it a step further....instead of serving their own concoctions, which are barely passable, they might want to focus on highlighting inexpensive but excellent wines we would not know about otherwise. We know of several cheaper wines that fall into this category that took a long time to find using a "hit or miss" approach. We would have appreciated someone else finding the good, less pricey wines as it would have saved us hundreds of dollars. One plus....if you want to experiement in producing your own wine combinations, they provide space (for a fee), equipment and enough information to get you started in winemaking. We wish them well but we probably will not return unless we get another Groupon gift.

As a gift, my mother-in-law bought my husband and I a wine tasting at D’vine wine in Manitou Springs. We’ve been to many wine tastings before, but this one tops our list for best service! The staff is sociable and eager to help or answer any questions about their wines. The place has a welcoming atmosphere and they make all their wines in this shop. The take home bottles are a little pricey, however if you are looking for a pleasant experience to taste good wine this is the spot! They also have homemade hummus and tasty foods that fit excellently with their wines.

The atmosphere is very nice and they have a nice patio area. Manitou Springs had a bad flood August 9, 2013 and the business had to close for a couple of weeks to get cleaned up. It was nice to see them up and running again. The service was good. The wine is OK, but it's made right there. I like the Sangiovese the best.
