The Loveland Holiday Inn Express is located near the interstate. It is clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good considering the price we paid for the Hotel. Would recommend this spot for anyone who wants to stay outside of the Denver Metro area.

First of all I booked online. I put my dates in and searched for a room. When I realized their were non-smoking rooms. I went back to select the non-smoking. Well apparently the website refreshes everything when you go back one step. SO pay attention to the dates. It so happened I was booking this room on the same day in August but for the following month September. So I didn't notice it had changed.
I booked my room and got the confirmation number. Still didn't notice the month was wrong. About two or three days went by from my booking and I got an email asking about my stay. At the time I thought maybe they had a glitch in the email system. I opened and realized that I had a reservation for the day I booked. I called the hotel immediately and explained what had happen.
The Manager was so helpful and re-booked my room for the correct night. Great customer service. My room was a bit more than original but I was okay with that at this point.
I arrived a little early and my room was ready and very clean.
The hotel is just down the road of the Budweiser Arena where I was attending a conference.
My room was quiet - I always travel with ear plugs but didn't have to use them here.
I would stay in this hotel again.
This was a great place for us to stay. Close to nearby restaurants and activities, decent room, adequate breakfast...no issues to speak of. We loved the outdoor breakfast seating, and the swimming pool with the slide was a great addition.

Friendly check-in staff, plus warm baked cookies was a good intro to the hotel. Convenient place to stop after our Colorado vacation, before heading home the next day.
We did however have a few issues. The shower door came off the track, the bed made noise when moving, the a/c fan could not be set for constant "on" mode thus it cycled on and off. That, plus the close proximity of the hotel to the roadway, we did not sleep well at all. Breakfast was standard fare, room was clean. The room had a Coffee machine, fridge and microwave.

What a fabulous place! I had made an online reservation at the hotel across the parking lot and when we arrived we were told they had overbooked so they booked us a room at Holiday Inn. How fortunate for us! Our room was beautiful and clean. We loved being greeted by the towel puppy and monkey! The pool was neat with the waterslide and the outdoor patio is a nice touch. The hot tub looked nice, but when tested for chemical balance (brought our own test kit since we are hot tub owners and know the importance of this) the pH was off the charts high. I'm sure this is the case with most hotel hot tubs, so I won't hold it against them. We'll be coming back often since our daughter lives in Loveland now, and this is our hotel of choice!

I am sorry to hear of the original predicament with the overbooking next door but I am thrilled to hear that you had a great stay here with us! We are big believers in standing out and the towel animals are just one way in which we express our love for hospitality. The pH levels being off in the spa is something you never should have had to deal with so please accept my most sincere apologies!
