First of all I booked online. I put my dates in and searched for a room. When I realized their were non-smoking rooms. I went back to select the non-smoking. Well apparently the website refreshes everything when you go back one step. SO pay attention to the dates. It so happened I was booking this room on the same day in August but for the following month September. So I didn't notice it had changed.
I booked my room and got the confirmation number. Still didn't notice the month was wrong. About two or three days went by from my booking and I got an email asking about my stay. At the time I thought maybe they had a glitch in the email system. I opened and realized that I had a reservation for the day I booked. I called the hotel immediately and explained what had happen.
The Manager was so helpful and re-booked my room for the correct night. Great customer service. My room was a bit more than original but I was okay with that at this point.
I arrived a little early and my room was ready and very clean.
The hotel is just down the road of the Budweiser Arena where I was attending a conference.
My room was quiet - I always travel with ear plugs but didn't have to use them here.
I would stay in this hotel again.
